Amends Education Code Section 69433.2 to require the Student Aid Commission to post links on its Internet Web site to the College Affordability and Transparency Center, the National Center for Higher Education Management Systems, and other entities providing information on institutional net cost, financial aid, and student loan debt in a conspicuous location.

Amends Education Code Section 94878 to require the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education to post similar links on its Internet Web site in a conspicuous location for students and families evaluating postsecondary educational options.

Requires Cal Grant participating institutions to continue annually reporting enrollment, persistence, graduation data, and job placement information to the Student Aid Commission for searchable database publication.

Section 2 of the bill becomes operative only if another act delays or eliminates the January 1, 2015 repeal date of the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009.
