Creates the Office of Farm to Fork within the Department of Food and Agriculture to coordinate efforts increasing agricultural product availability to schools and underserved communities.

Office shall work with agricultural industry, food policy councils, public health groups, schools, and county, state, and federal agencies to expand healthy food access.

Establishes the Farm to Fork Account in the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund to receive federal, state, industry, and other funding sources.

Continuously appropriates all money deposited in the Farm to Fork Account without regard to fiscal years to carry out the office's purposes.
