Mandates disclosure statement updates within 7 days of any change in the five largest contributors and submission to the Secretary of State for posting on the state website

Requires committees employing paid circulators to identify themselves on the petition using a name describing their economic or special interest, and include employer information if two or more contributors of $50,000 or more share the same employer

Clarifies that missing or inaccurate disclosure information does not invalidate petition signatures and local officials are not required to verify accuracy
