Expands types of licensees authorized to conduct instructional tasting events at on-sale retail premises, including winegrowers, beer manufacturers, distilled spirits manufacturers, and their agents.

Limits consumer tastings to no more than three per individual per day, with distilled spirits tastings capped at one-fourth ounce and wine tastings at one ounce per tasting.

Authorizes advertising of instructional tasting events by listing the retail licensee's name and address, featured products, and event details, but prohibits pricing information and pictures of the premises.

Restricts premiums, gifts, or free goods in connection with tastings and requires removal of unfinished beverages supplied by the authorized licensee after the event.

Allows only one authorized licensee to conduct tastings at an on-sale retail premises at any given time.
