Permits on-sale retail licensees with catering authorizations to return unused and unopened beer purchased for a catered event to the original selling licensee upon conclusion of the event or expiration of the authorization.

Requires on-sale retail licensees holding catering authorizations to maintain records of inventory for all unused and unopened beer to be returned.

Allows the original selling licensee to credit the catering licensee's account up to the original sales price of returned beer, provided the beer has been paid for in full.

Restricts the catering exception to beer purchased exclusively for the catered event, prohibiting the licensee from providing additional beer from its permanent licensed premises at the same event.

Original selling licensee must prepare an invoice documenting the returned beer that references the original sales invoice and provide a copy to the catering licensee.
