Adds Section 1127j to the Penal Code authorizing courts to instruct juries when prosecutors intentionally or knowingly fail to disclose required evidence or materials.

Applies when courts determine prosecutors failed to disclose materials and information required under Section 1054.1 (except subdivision (a)) and Brady v. Maryland (1963) 373 U.S. 83.

Permits courts to instruct juries that the failure to disclose occurred and that jurors must consider this failure when determining whether reasonable doubt of defendant's guilt exists.

Does not limit any other legal remedies available to defendants for prosecutorial discovery violations.
