Designates the Round Mountain Bridge on Interstate 8 in San Diego County (between Postmile R072.55 and R072.57) as the Border Patrol Agent Eric Norman Cabral Memorial Bridge.

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of erecting appropriate signage for this special designation and install the signs upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover the cost.

Honors Border Patrol Agent Eric Norman Cabral, who died on July 26, 2007, from heat-related injuries while tracking suspected undocumented immigrants near the Carrizo Gorge Railway, approximately one-half mile north of Interstate 8.

Memorializes Agent Cabral, age 31 at death, as the fourth Border Patrol agent to die in the line of duty during 2007, highlighting the dangers agents face securing America's borders.
