CA SB1045

Amends the Medi-Cal Drug Treatment Program to modify group size requirements for group outpatient drug free services from a minimum of 4 and maximum of 10 individuals to a minimum of 2 and maximum of 12 individuals

Requires that at least one member of each group must be a Medi-Cal eligible beneficiary

For two-member groups where one individual is ineligible for Medi-Cal, requires that the ineligible individual must be receiving outpatient drug free services for a substance abuse disorder diagnosed by a physician

Maintains the requirement that maximum allowable rates for group outpatient drug free services be set on a per person basis
