Authorizes certain insurance reports required by the Insurance Code to be submitted electronically to legislative committees rather than in printed form only

Requires all insurance reports submitted to legislative committees to also be provided as an electronic or printed copy to the Legislative Counsel

Permits reports under Sections 1872.95, 11629.85, and 13902 to be submitted electronically through digital delivery, permanent media by mail, or by posting on the reporting entity's website for at least three years

Specifies that electronically submitted reports must use standard formats accessible without charge and acceptable to the receiving committee

Designates this as a state-mandated local program
