Amends Penal Code Section 1203.065 to prohibit probation and suspension of sentence for persons convicted of human trafficking under Section 236.1

Adds human trafficking to the list of sex offenses that are ineligible for probation or sentence suspension, with no exceptions for unusual circumstances

Maintains existing prohibitions on probation for other specified sex offenses including rape, child sexual abuse, and other crimes against children

Requires court to specify on the record circumstances justifying probation in limited cases involving other sexual offenses where interests of justice apply

Effective upon enactment with majority vote required; no fiscal impact or state-mandated local program requirements
