Requires the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development to publish historical and current information about hospitals on its Internet website, including data collected by state and federal regulators.

Mandates publication of information regarding Medi-Cal payment suspensions under Section 14107.11 of the Welfare and Institutions Code and provider preventable conditions under federal regulations (Parts 434, 438, and 447 of Title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations).

Aims to consolidate fragmented hospital safety and compliance findings currently dispersed across multiple state entities in varying formats to provide consumers and the public with comprehensive hospital performance profiles.

Expands the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development's existing hospital reporting functions under Part 5 of Division 107 of the Health and Safety Code.
