Extends the return period for new and used hearing aids from 30 days to 45 days from the initial date of delivery, during which buyers may return devices that are not fit for their particular needs.

Requires retail sellers to revise the written warranty to include the initial delivery date and expiration date of the warranty at the time of initial delivery.

Specifies that for hearing aids, the warranty period resumes on whichever is earlier: the date the repaired hearing aid is delivered to the buyer or 5 days after the buyer is notified the hearing aid is ready for pickup.

Requires sellers to provide a work order or receipt at delivery showing the date the warranty period resumes and the revised expiration date adjusted for the suspension period during repairs or service.
