Requires each public elementary and secondary school in California, including charter schools, that offers competitive athletics to publicly disclose specified athletic participation data beginning with the 2015-16 school year and annually thereafter.

Schools must make available total enrollment by gender, number of student athletes by gender, and the number of boys' and girls' teams classified by sport and competition level, based on official team rosters on the first day of competition.

Schools must post this information on their website or, if no website exists, submit it to their school district or charter operator for posting, with data disaggregated by individual school site.

Schools must retain the materials used to compile this athletic data for at least three years after posting.

Defines "competitive athletics" as sports with coaches, a governing organization, regular practices and defined seasons where competition is the primary goal.
