Requires the Instructional Quality Commission to consider including the Armenian, Cambodian, Darfur, and Rwandan genocides in the history-social science curriculum framework when revised.

Expands encouragement for incorporating survivor, rescuer, liberator, and witness oral testimony into teaching about human rights and genocide, specifically naming Armenian, Cambodian, Darfur, and Rwandan genocides.

Defines "oral testimony" as firsthand accounts of historical events presented through in-person testimony, video, DVDs, or online multimedia formats.

Defines "Armenian Genocide" as the torture, starvation, and murder of 1,500,000 Armenians by Ottoman Turkish rulers and exile of over 500,000 people from 1915 to 1923.

Encourages instruction on genocide origins, pupil analysis of genocides' causes, and examination of methods to prevent and halt genocide through United Nations, multinational, or U.S. interventions.
