Requires the Public Utilities Commission to annually publish a report beginning February 1, 2016 detailing all investigations into gas and electric service safety incidents reported by utilities.

Report must include the month of each safety incident, reason for investigation, facility type involved, and facility owner for both concluded and ongoing investigations.

Mandates the commission include a summary of safety investigations in its annual work plan submitted to the Governor and Legislature, with a link to the full report website.

Applies to all investigations involving gas corporations and electrical corporations under commission requirements.
