Prohibits nongovernmental contractors providing public health and safety services (fire, rescue, emergency medical, hazmat response, ambulance) from displaying public agency logos on vehicles or uniforms that could imply services are provided by government employees, effective January 1, 2015.

Requires contractors to conspicuously display disclaimers on vehicles stating "SERVICE PROVIDED BY:" or "CONTRACTED BY:" followed by the contractor's logo, name, and jurisdiction of incorporation.

Requires contractors to display their logo and name on uniforms bearing public agency logos in visible locations such as opposing shoulders or pockets.

Prohibits public agencies and nongovernmental contractors from requiring employees to wear badges containing the public agency logo.

Makes violations subject to remedies under the Consumers Legal Remedies Act; exempts vehicles used during declared disasters or mass-casualty incidents and certain emergency response situations.
