Summary accident reports must include number of accidents, deaths, injuries requiring ambulance transport, skier days, operational days, and descriptions of each accident.

Ski resorts must redact victim identity information before submitting reports to the department.

The State Department of Public Health must post all submitted reports and information on its publicly accessible website.

Defines "accidents" as any occurrence resulting in death or injury beyond minimal first aid, and establishes definitions for ski resorts, snow sport facilities, and skier days.
