Extends vending machine restrictions under the STAKE Act to electronic cigarettes, making it unlawful to sell electronic cigarettes from vending machines except at licensed alcoholic beverage establishments

Allows electronic cigarette vending machines in on-sale licensed premises only if located at least 15 feet away from the entrance, effective January 1, 2015

Defines "at least 15 feet away from the entrance" as being within the licensed establishment premises and not outside those premises

Permits local jurisdictions to adopt more restrictive standards that further limit access to electronic cigarettes from vending machines or impose a complete ban on such sales

Defines electronic cigarette using the definition provided in Section 119405 of the Health and Safety Code
