Increases the maximum fine for impersonating a peace officer by wearing, exhibiting, or using an authorized peace officer badge or insignia from $1,000 to $2,000

Requires local law enforcement agencies to seize any badge, insignia, emblem, device, label, certificate, card, or writing used in violation of peace officer impersonation laws

Authorizes agencies to issue special identification badges clearly marked "Honorably Retired" to retired peace officers and permits revocation of such identification for misuse or abuse

Requires uniform vendors to verify that purchasers of law enforcement uniforms are employees of the identified agency, with violators subject to fines up to $1,000

Exempts uniforms purchased for use as props in motion pictures, television, video productions, or theatrical events when prior written permission from the law enforcement agency is obtained
