• Prohibits elected officers from requesting or receiving payments to nonprofit organizations (501(c)(4)) owned or controlled by the officer or their family members, with limited exceptions for disaster relief organizations.

• Requires nonprofit organizations making travel payments exceeding $10,000 annually (or $5,000 for a single person) to disclose donor names of those contributing $1,000 or more who knew the funds would support official travel.

• Prohibits campaign funds from being used for expenditures to 501(c)(4) nonprofit organizations owned or controlled by elected officers or their family members.

• Restricts campaign fund expenditures for personal vacations, country club or health club memberships, tuition payments, utility bills, vehicle use unrelated to campaigns, and gifts to family members of officers or committee decision-makers.

• Requires elected officers receiving travel gifts to report travel destinations on their statements of economic interest.
