Extends indefinitely nutritional guidelines requirements for vending machines operated on state property, removing a previous repeal date.

Requires vendors to offer at least 35 percent of food products that meet accepted nutritional guidelines, defined as items with no more than 35 percent calories from fat, 10 percent from saturated fat, and 35 percent weight from sugar.

Mandates vendors offer at least one-third of beverages meeting nutritional guidelines (water, milk, 100 percent fruit juice, or low-sugar drinks), with an additional one-third meeting nutritional guidelines or containing less than 20 calories per 12-ounce serving.

Allows vendors operating two or more adjacent vending machines to calculate compliance percentages across all machines combined rather than individually.

Exempts certain machines from these requirements, including those unable to dispense compliant products without physical alteration and machines that only dispense hot beverages or ice cream.
