Recognizes June 25th as United States Korean War Veterans Day in California counties and cities to honor the patriotism and sacrifices of service members from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces

Acknowledges that 33,686 U.S. Armed Forces members died in battle during the 36-month Korean War, 8,176 were declared missing in action, and approximately 2,611 Californians died in combat

Honors the memory of those who served, died, or were wounded during the Korean War and commits to supporting surviving veterans and their families
