Designates the Interstate 680 bridge crossing Auto Mall Parkway in Alameda County as the CHP Officers Frederick Wayne Enright and Adolfo Martinez Hernandez Memorial Bridge.

Rescinds the previous designation of the Grimmer Boulevard Bridge in Fremont, Alameda County made by Assembly Concurrent Resolution 100 (2012).

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine costs for appropriate memorial signs and erect them upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover the cost.

Honors two California Highway Patrol officers killed in a helicopter crash on June 27, 1975, due to mechanical failure while performing their duties.
