Designates the Pudding Creek Trestle in MacKerricher State Park, Mendocino County as the Wesley Chesbro Pudding Creek Trestle.

The trestle is a 515-foot timber bridge, 48 feet above sea level and 12 feet wide, originally built by Union Lumber Company in 1915 as a logging railroad structure.

Senator Wesley Chesbro secured $3.84 million in funding (2003-2006) through the Budget Act and Proposition 40 funds to rehabilitate the trestle for pedestrian, bicycle, and equestrian use.

The restored trestle provides non-motorized access from Fort Bragg to MacKerricher State Park beaches and serves as a key link in one of California's longest public coastal trails.
