Designates a 5-mile portion of Interstate 10 in Banning, California (from 22nd Street undercrossing to Malki Road undercrossing) as the CAL FIRE Firefighter Christopher Lee Douglas Memorial Highway.

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate signs displaying this special designation and to erect them upon receiving sufficient donations from non-state sources.

Honors CAL FIRE Firefighter Christopher Lee Douglas, who died in the line of duty on July 5, 2013, at age 41, after being struck by a pickup truck while responding to a traffic accident in Riverside County.

Recognizes Douglas's service as an 11-year U.S. Air Force veteran and 9-year CAL FIRE career firefighter/paramedic who was promoted to Fire Apparatus Engineer in June 2013.
