Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate signs displaying this special designation

Requires signs to be erected only upon receipt of donations from nonstate sources sufficient to cover all costs

Honors Officer Giniewicz, who served the Signal Hill Police Department and was shot in the line of duty on February 19, 1985, becoming paralyzed and passing away on December 7, 2011
