Notes the college has hired permanent leadership including chancellor, chief financial officer, chief counsel, and chief instructional officer to address accreditation issues

States the United States Department of Education confirmed the Accrediting Commission has flexibility to grant additional time without jeopardizing the commission's federal standing

Recognizes City College of San Francisco as the largest community college district with approximately 80,000 students and generates over $300 million in annual economic activity for San Francisco
