Requires school district superintendents to post on their websites an explanation of how teacher evaluations are conducted, including blank evaluation forms, collective bargaining agreement procedures, and how evaluations measure pupil progress toward adopted academic standards.

Requires county superintendents of schools to post the same teacher evaluation information on their county office of education websites.

Requires school districts and county offices to disclose whether they have adopted evaluation systems for school principals and how those systems compare to standards set forth in Education Code Sections 44670 and 44671.

Establishes that if the Commission on State Mandates determines this bill creates state-mandated costs, reimbursement shall be made pursuant to Government Code Part 7 (commencing with Section 17500).
