Authorizes the California Transportation Commission to relinquish portions of Route 75 to the Cities of Imperial Beach and San Diego within their respective city limits, subject to commission approval and departmental agreement.

Relinquishment becomes effective upon county recorder's recordation of the relinquishment resolution and the relinquished portions cease to be state highways upon that date.

Relinquished portions of Route 75 become ineligible for future adoption under existing state highway adoption procedures.

Imperial Beach and San Diego must maintain continuous traffic flow on relinquished Route 75 segments, including traffic signal progression.

Both cities must install and maintain directional signs for Route 75 continuation within their jurisdictions as deemed necessary by the Department of Transportation.
