Grants liability immunity to schools, organizations, and public employees who provide CPR or AED instruction, except in cases of gross negligence or willful/wanton misconduct.

Requires the State Department of Education to provide implementation guidance before the 2017-18 school year, including guidance on who may provide the instruction.
