Requires used-vehicle-only dealers to maintain copies of each salesperson's educational completion evidence at the employment location, subject to department inspection

Exempts dealers that own a minimum of 10 branches within the state and provide at least 10 hours of annual educational training to their salespersons from these requirements

Applies to both new salesperson license applicants and those renewing existing licenses at used-vehicle-only dealerships
