Authorizes the Real Estate Commissioner to remove disciplinary records from the Internet for licensees who petition after the record has been posted for at least 10 years and provide evidence of rehabilitation showing no credible risk to the public.

Requires licensees to pay a fee to accompany their petition, with the amount and petition requirements to be developed through regulations by the bureau.

Mandates the bureau maintain and regularly update a list of all licensees whose disciplinary records are altered and share this list with other licensing bodies.

Establishes January 1, 2018 as the start date for the petition process and requires consideration of any other violations presenting credible public risk since the original disciplinary posting.

Deposits collected fees into the Real Estate Fund, which is continuously appropriated, and preserves all public records under the California Public Records Act.
