Allows provisional registration labels to be renewed during registration renewal periods (previously limited to label corrections and reprinting only)

Authorizes the Department of Food and Agriculture to establish a registration schedule with 2-year validity periods, replacing the previous requirement for renewals in January of even-numbered years

Eliminates mandatory annual inspections of organic input material manufacturers and authorizes the department to conduct site inspections at any time with priority given to high-risk products and manufacturers

Permits the department to accept inspections from third-party organizations approved by the secretary, with all inspection records made available to the department upon request

Authorizes provisional registration for up to 6 months for registered products undergoing renewal and clarifies that misbranded fertilizer determination is made by the department
