• Makes a nonsubstantive technical revision to Section 399.13 of the Public Utilities Code by changing "a general procurement plan process" to "the general procurement plan process (Sections 454.5 to 454.55, inclusive)" for renewable energy procurement plans.

• Clarifies that electrical corporations must prepare annual renewable energy procurement plans as part of the existing general procurement plan process under the California Renewables Portfolio Standard Program.

• No substantive changes to the regulatory framework, requirements, or obligations for renewable energy procurement by electrical corporations and other retail sellers.
