Director of General Services authorized to revert approximately 9.68 acres of state real property to the City of San Buenaventura, as identified in Exhibit B of a grant deed recorded in Ventura County as instrument number 20040802-0211869.

Legislature finds that a special law is necessary because the original grant deed required the state to build a veterans' home on the parcel, but the state has no plans to construct one.

City of San Buenaventura seeks to explore constructing veterans' housing on the property at the earliest opportunity.

Property reversion is authorized notwithstanding any other law.
