Requires licensed hearing aid dispensers and dispensing audiologists to provide purchasers with a copy of a consumer hearing aid disclosure upon sale of a hearing aid, effective July 1, 2017.

Mandates the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board to develop and publish a consumer hearing aid disclosure on its Internet website before July 1, 2017, including information about telecoils (audio switches) and assistive listening systems.

Requires the board to update the consumer hearing aid disclosure as it deems necessary.

Violation of these requirements is a crime, but the state provides no reimbursement to local agencies or school districts because the costs result from creating a new crime.
