Requires the California Community Colleges Chancellor's office to develop a uniform Advanced Placement (AP) credit policy beginning January 1, 2017, in collaboration with the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges.

Each community college district must adopt and implement a policy awarding course credit to students who pass AP examinations with scores of three or higher for general education requirements in courses with similar subject matter.

If a uniform policy is not implemented by fall 2017, California Community Colleges must adopt and implement the Advanced Placement policy used by California State University beginning with the 2017-18 academic year.

Each community college campus must post its most recent AP credit policy on its website.

Provides for state reimbursement to community college districts for costs mandated by this bill through the Commission on State Mandates process.
