Amends Government Code Section 13300.5 to expand annual reporting requirements for the FISCal Project Office to the Legislature by February 15 each year.

Adds new reporting requirement to include a discussion of any changes in total projected quantitative benefits, along with actual and projected costs and benefits achieved.

Requires reports to cover executive summary, project history, significant events, missed milestone mitigation actions, budget variances, expected functionality, change management activities, lessons learned, software customization costs, and progress on project objectives.

Establishes that reports must continue until a post-implementation evaluation report is approved by the Department of Technology, at which point the Department shall post notice on its website.
