Requires the State Department of Health Care Services to report to the Legislature by January 1, 2018 on the cost and feasibility of restoring full adult dental services as a covered benefit under Medi-Cal

The report must comply with Section 9795 of the Government Code

Section 14131.09 is automatically repealed on January 1, 2019 unless extended by legislative action before that date

Removes previous provisions related to human services dispute resolution between the California Health and Human Services Agency and nonprofit organizations
