Requires public water system operators to report lists of public and private schools (K-12) served by the system, and allows the state board to require identification of other facilities serving sensitive populations.

Directs the State Water Resources Control Board to post water sampling information on its website in a searchable format by school and school district, with links to public water system consumer confidence reports.

Specifies that no state reimbursement is required because costs incurred are related to creating a new crime or infraction under the California Safe Drinking Water Act.
