• Requires licensed clinics that perform abortions to post a public notice informing clients that abortion pill effects may be reversible.

• Notice must be posted in English and primary threshold languages for Medi-Cal beneficiaries as determined by the State Department of Health Care Services for each county.

• Notice must be at least 8.5 by 11 inches in no less than 22-point type and posted in a conspicuous waiting area location easily visible to clients.

• Notice must include information directing clients to call an Abortion Pill Reversal Hotline or visit a specified website with the specific contact information to be inserted.
