Creates Section 23300.1 of the Business and Professions Code to permit written revenue-sharing agreements between alcoholic beverage licensees and district agricultural associations, state fairs, county fairs, or citrus fruit fairs

Specifies that revenue-sharing or revenue-splitting agreements for alcoholic beverage sales during state or county fairs do not constitute exercise of a license privilege or performance of a licensed act

Prohibits revenue-sharing agreements that result in an unlicensed person exercising control or undue influence over a licensee or licensed business operation

Requires all other provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act to apply to these written revenue-sharing agreements
