Requires the University of California Regents to submit annual reports to the Legislature on or before March 1 from 2017 to 2022 on community college student transfers to UC campuses.

Reports must include data on students with associate degrees for transfer, covering admission rates, enrollment numbers, average community college GPA, and graduation rates within two or three academic years, broken down by UC campus.

Starting March 1, 2019, reports must additionally track students using UC Transfer Pathways and transfer admission guarantees, with the same metrics by campus.

Requests that all reported data categories be disaggregated by student ethnicity to the extent UC has this information available.

Repeals this reporting requirement on January 1, 2024.
