Requires the Emergency Medical Services Authority to establish a single set of data elements and formatting for air ambulance providers to submit to local EMS agencies before January 1, 2018, after consulting with stakeholders.

Prohibits the authority from mandating that air ambulance providers use a specific electronic health record system, but requires providers' systems to be compatible with local EMS agencies' NEMSIS and CEMSIS compliant data systems.

Authorizes the authority to reconvene stakeholders annually to modify the data elements and formatting requirements.

Prohibits local EMS agencies from requiring additional data reporting from air ambulance providers once the single standardized data set has been established.

Allows the authority to request that air ambulance providers submit data directly to the state in addition to submissions to local EMS agencies.
