Requires the Secretary of State to provide program participants notice of their right to use a Secretary of State-designated address on real property deeds, change of ownership forms, and deeds of trust when buying or selling a home.

Prohibits individuals, businesses, or associations from publicly posting or displaying a program participant's home address on the Internet if the participant has made a written demand not to disclose it.

Prohibits knowingly posting the home address of a program participant, or their residing spouse or child, on the Internet with intent to cause or threaten imminent great bodily harm.

Exempts interactive computer services and access software providers from these restrictions unless they intend to abet or cause imminent great bodily harm to a program participant.

Requires notice to participants listing options to protect their address through revocable living trusts, legal name changes, and contact information for legal aid organizations that can assist with these protections.
