Amends Education Code Section 54444.4 to make nonsubstantive changes to provisions governing migrant education programs and parent advisory councils.

Changes terminology from "State Board of Education" to "state board" and from "State Master Plan for Migrant Education" to "state master plan for services to migrant children" for consistency.

Updates language from "under" to "pursuant to" when referencing Section 54442 regarding development of the state master plan.

Maintains existing requirements for parent advisory council responsibilities at district, regional, and state levels, including establishing program goals, reviewing needs assessments, and advising on staff selection.

Maintains existing responsibilities of school districts, regional agencies, and state entities in providing migrant education services and support.
