Provides state allocations to Calaveras County for property tax revenue reductions resulting from reassessments of properties damaged in wildfires declared a state of emergency on September 11, 2015

County auditor must certify estimated property tax revenue reductions to the Director of Finance for the 2015-16 fiscal year, excluding reductions to non-basic state aid school districts and county offices of education

Director of Finance verifies the estimate and certifies it to the Controller, who allocates the amount to the county upon appropriation

County must remit to the Controller any allocation exceeding actual property tax revenue losses; if actual losses exceed the allocation, the Controller must allocate the excess upon appropriation

All provisions sunset on January 1, 2018, and the bill takes effect immediately as an urgency statute
