Establishes the Asbestos Tort Claim Trust Transparency Act requiring plaintiffs in asbestos tort actions to disclose all asbestos trusts against which they have filed or could file claims within 90 days of filing a complaint (or 30 days if awarded trial preference).

Requires plaintiffs to serve sworn statements and all asbestos trust claim documents, including proof of claim forms, medical records, and communications with asbestos trusts, with supplementation within 30 days of filing additional claims.

Permits defendants to discover asbestos trust claim documents from identified trusts and use them as evidence, preventing plaintiffs from claiming privilege or confidentiality to block such discovery.

Authorizes courts to stay actions, deny trial preference, or impose other remedies if plaintiffs fail to disclose asbestos trusts or file claims against identified trusts without valid reason.

Requires damages awards to be reduced by amounts paid or valuation of asbestos trust claims under Section 877, and allows courts to retain jurisdiction after resolution to enforce compliance with transparency requirements.
