Requires the Real Estate Commissioner to post on the Internet whether a licensee is an associate licensee and identify each responsible broker with whom an associate broker is contractually associated, effective January 1, 2018.

Expands real estate broker notification requirements to include immediate written notice to the commissioner when a broker acting as a salesperson enters or leaves employment with a responsible broker, effective January 1, 2018.

Establishes a petition process allowing licensees to request removal of disciplinary records posted for at least 10 years upon payment of a fee, if they provide evidence of rehabilitation showing the notice is no longer necessary to prevent credible public risk.

Requires the Bureau to maintain and share with other licensing bodies a list of licensees whose disciplinary records were altered due to approved petitions.

Contains provisions coordinating with Assembly Bill 1807 to incorporate overlapping changes to Section 10083.2 if both bills are enacted before January 1, 2017.
