Amends Section 75 of the Streets and Highways Code to establish a new reporting requirement for the California Transportation Commission.

Requires the Commission to submit a report to the Legislature every five years detailing the number of state highway selections, adoptions, and location determinations made during that period.

Requires the report to also include the total amount of funds allocated for construction, improvement, or maintenance of state highways under the Department of Transportation's jurisdiction.

Reports must be submitted to the Speaker of the Assembly, President pro Tempore of the Senate, and the chairs of the Assembly Committee on Transportation and the Senate Committee on Transportation and Housing.
